– All rental requests must be made in writing (via email or booking form).
– A rental is only confirmed upon written approval by Arctos Films and, if applicable, receipt of a deposit or full payment.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a rental at our discretion.
– Equipment must be collected and returned at the agreed times. Delays may result in additional charges.
– Late returns without prior notice will be charged at the standard daily rate.
– The client is responsible for transporting equipment safely unless delivery is arranged by Arctos Films.
– All equipment is tested and delivered in working order.
– Upon pickup, the client assumes full responsibility for the condition and proper use of the equipment.
– Any loss, damage, or malfunction during the rental period must be reported immediately.
– The client is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of the rented equipment during the rental period.
– Arctos Films is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss caused by equipment failure, unless due to proven negligence on our part.
– The client must ensure the use of the equipment complies with all safety standards and legal requirements.
– Studio use includes the spaces and facilities agreed in advance.
– The client is responsible for maintaining the space in good condition.
– Any damage to studio property will be charged accordingly.
– Use of third-party equipment in the studio must be pre-approved.
– Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance incur no charge.
– Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
– No-shows or cancellations on the day of rental will be charged in full.
– Clients are advised to have their own production or rental insurance covering damage, theft, and liability.
– Arctos Films reserves the right to request proof of insurance before releasing high-value equipment.
– Payment is due as per the terms outlined in your rental agreement or invoice.
– Arctos Films reserves the right to request advance payment or deposit for any rental.
– Delayed payments may incur interest or suspension of future rental privileges.
Arctos Films shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
– These Rental Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.
– Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
